The piece of jewelry doesn't fit or you don't like it?

If you would like to return an item, please send us an email to shop@marion-knorr.de within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Please note our cancellation policy.

The piece of jewelry must be unworn, unused, in saleable condition and with all original parts. The seal on the piece of jewelry must not have been removed.

In summary:

1. Write us an email at shop@marion-knorr.de

2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging to protect it from transport damage. Please enclose a copy of the invoice.

3. Attach the shipping label we sent to your email address to your package.

4. Hand the package over to the transport company. If you prefer a different shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs.

Jewelry often contains small parts that could be swallowed or inhaled. Please watch your children! If swelling occurs on the finger when wearing rings, the ring must be removed immediately. Sensitive people or those taking medication, for example, may experience allergic reactions when wearing jewelry. Necklaces are not suitable for toddlers and children due to the risk of strangulation.
